I’ve been familiar with meditation for as long as I can remember, dipping in and out of the practice throughout my life. But becoming a mother introduced me to a new level of chaos, stress, and responsibility I hadn’t known before. Suddenly, life felt heavier, and I found myself searching for ways to manage it all.
I tried everything—exercise, journaling, self-help books, and even a glass of wine at the end of a long day. And while they all worked in their own way, nothing came close to the clarity, calm, and resilience I gained from meditation.
For me, meditation isn’t about escaping reality. It’s about facing it with a clear mind and an open heart. It sets me up to make the best of my day, every day. And as each day flows into the next, it becomes a week, a month, a year… until you’ve shaped a lifetime.
